- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.

2Melt butter; cream with sugar in a large bowl, then add egg.

3Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture, then add flour and stir until well mixed.

4Place in airtight bowl and refrigerate.

5To cook, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
