- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 to 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over water; stir until dissolved.

2Melt margarine; cool to lukewarm.

3Add margarine, eggs and sugar to water mixture.

4Add flour; beat until smooth.

5Dough wil be the consistency of waffle batter.

6Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.

7Bake at 375° until brown.

8Batter will keep about a week in refrigerator.
