  • 1 Pkg. fresh Bag of Spinach
  • 1 pkg. mixed bag of iceberg
  • 1 pkg. of Bean sprouts
  • 1 Cucumber with skin on it
  • 1 Pkg. Cherry Tomatoes or Grape Tomatoes.
  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 2 T Apple Cider vinegar
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 2 T Sugar (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

    Mix Bag of Spinach and Iceberg with pkg of bean sprouts. Toss gently. Add Cucumber sliced into pieces, add tomatoes. top with dressing below:

    3 Tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tsp. of Apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. 2 tablspoons of sugar may be added Whisk and pour over salad
