- 1 Cucumber with skin on it
- 1 Pkg. Cherry Tomatoes or Grape Tomatoes.
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 2 T Apple Cider vinegar
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 2 T Sugar (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

1Mix Bag of Spinach and Iceberg with pkg of bean sprouts. Toss gently. Add Cucumber sliced into pieces, add tomatoes. top with dressing below:
