  • 1/2 lb. asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

    Trim off white ends of asparagus; slice diagonally.

    Bring water to a boil and boil asparagus 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
