- 8 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 8 chopped dried tomatoes (no oil)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. yellow pepper
- 3/4 c. red onion
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. sliced chicken
- 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1Boil 2 cups chicken broth with 1 1/2 cups sliced chicken.

2Add vegetables and cook until tender.

3Cook pasta and toss vegetables and chicken with cheeses.
