  • 8 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb. asparagus
  • 8 chopped dried tomatoes (no oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 c. yellow pepper
  • 3/4 c. red onion
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. sliced chicken
  • 3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions

    Boil 2 cups chicken broth with 1 1/2 cups sliced chicken.

    Add vegetables and cook until tender.

    Cook pasta and toss vegetables and chicken with cheeses.
