- 1 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
- 2 drops food coloring, any color
- 1 prepared, ready made store bought (10 oz.) angel food cake
- 1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- 3 c. halved strawberries
Directions

1Toss coconut with food coloring until evenly tinted; set aside.

2Place angel food cake on large serving plate; frost top and sides with whipped topping.

3then sprinkle with coconut.

4Cut cake in 8 slices, leaving all slices in place.

5Then carefully pull out cake slices and separate slightly to resemble the petals of an open flower.

6Spoon halved strawberries into center of flower.

7Store leftover

8cake in refrigerator.
