  • 2 c. cooked cubed ham
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of asparagus soup
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    Combine in 1 1/2-quart or 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, except corn flakes.

    Mix corn flakes with butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°.
