- 4 c. washed, drained, spring huckleberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 9-inch pie crust and top
Directions

1Use 9-inch deep dish pie pan.

2Toss berries with melted butter or margarine, flour and sugar.

3Mix until berries are coated. Fill pie crust with filling.

4Top with crust and cut vents.

5Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until berries boil out top and crust is brown.
