- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 4 to 8 asparagus spears, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 4 to 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- dash of dill weed
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Melt butter in medium saucepan.

2Add onion and mushrooms. Cook until onion is clear.

3Add rice, chicken broth and dill weed. Bring to a boil.

4Turn heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

5Add asparagus.

6Simmer until most liquid is absorbed. Serves 4
