- 2 c. rotini pasta, cooked
- 1 c. chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 c. cauliflowerets
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 green or black olives, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. or more Italian salad dressing
Directions

1Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in a colander by first pouring boiling water over vegetables, then ice cold water.

2Combine with all remaining ingredients, including enough salad dressing to coat mixture.
