  • 2 c. rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1 c. chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 c. cauliflowerets
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 10 green or black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. or more Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Blanch broccoli and cauliflower in a colander by first pouring boiling water over vegetables, then ice cold water.

    Combine with all remaining ingredients, including enough salad dressing to coat mixture.
