Squash Au Gratin

- 6 small yellow squash
- 3 small zucchini
- 2 c. sour cream
- 10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- paprika
Directions

1Cook squash in boiling water until just tender.

2Drain very well.

3Put in buttered casserole.

4Saute onions in butter.

5Stir in sour cream and cheese; cook just until cheese melts.

6(Do not boil.)

7Stir in oregano, salt and pepper.

8Pour over squash. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then paprika.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
