  • 2 lb. yellow squash sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Add butter, onion, sour cream, soup and 1/2-3/4 bag of stuffing mix.

    Mix completely. Pour into oblong casserole 9x13.
