- 1 can (16 oz.) squash
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Drain all liquids from squash.

2Beat in eggs.

3Add salt, pepper onion and flour; stir.

4Add more flour if needed.

5Sprinkle board with flour.

6Place squash mixture on board.

7Roll out, cut and fry in skillet until brown, or, if desired, spray cookie sheet with oil.

8Place biscuits on sheet.

9Spray tops of biscuits.

10Bake in 350° oven until brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
