- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. French-cut beans (instead of beans, you can substitute 3 lb. savoy cabbage, cut into pieces, excellent too)
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. carrots and peas
- 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut into pieces 1/2-inch size
- 1 pkg. Lipton Cup-a-Soup pea soup
- 3 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
- 1 small onion, cut into pieces
- 3 tsp. grated Romano cheese
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 qt. water (approximately)
Directions

1Place all these ingredients into the 4-quart pan.

2Mix well. Cook for about 1 1/2 hours; stir occasionally.
