  • 2 1/2 c. squash
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. crushed white crackers

Directions

    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Mix together the eggs and crackers.

    Mix liquids with eggs and cracker crumbs.

    Mix into squash. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Season to taste.
