- 6 or 7 large squash, cross sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and onions until tender.

2Mix eggs and mayonnaise with drained squash and onions.

3Top with shredded cheese and then buttered crumbs.

4Bake at 350° in casserole dish.
