- 3 c. squash, cooked
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion or just enough to taste
- dash of black pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook squash until tender and drain.

2Add oleo, salt, pepper and milk.

3Mix well.

4Add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.

5Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 40 minutes (uncovered).
