Ingredients

  • 3 lb. boiled squash or 2 lb. canned squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. unseasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except margarine and bread crumbs.

    Put in dish.

    Melt margarine and milk with bread crumbs.

    Top over casserole.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
