- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. canned cream
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and a large onion in a pot.

2Try not to put any water in the pot.

3Let it steam down.

4Pour into a casserole dish and top with sliced cheese.

5Place cracker crumbs (Town House) on top of the cheese and put a few pats of margarine on top.

6Bake until cheese melts.
