  • 5 to 6 yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small pan cornbread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bell pepper or onion (if desired)

Directions

    Slice and boil squash in salted water until tender.

    Mash. Add soup, cornbread, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.

    Mix and put in casserole.

    Bake until brown at 375°.
