- 1 Tbsp. dry yeast (soften with 1/4 c. warm water)
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onions
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine cottage cheese, sugar, minced onions, margarine, dill seed, salt, baking soda, egg, softened yeast mixutre and flour. Cover and let rise the ingredients until light and doubled in size (approximately 1 to 2 hours).

2Stir down dough.

3Turn into well-greased 8-inch round (1 1/2 to 2-quart) casserole.

4Let rise again about 1 hour.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
