  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor), prepared as directed on box
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion

    Cut up and boil squash until tender.

    In 3-quart casserole dish, mix together all ingredients; stir until thoroughly mixed. Cook at 450° for approximately 45 minutes.
