- 6 to 8 small tender squash
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Mash and add salt and pepper.

3Add margarine, bouillon cube, onion, egg and sour cream.

4Pour into lightly greased one-quart casserole.

5Combine bread crumbs, shredded cheese and dash of paprika.

6Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
