  • 3 c. sliced uncooked yellow squash
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
  • butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook squash over low heat until tender; drain well.

    Beat eggs; stir into squash with milk, crumbs, cheese and chilies. Spread in a 10-inch casserole dish which has been sprayed.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
