- 3 c. sliced uncooked yellow squash
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, drained
- butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook squash over low heat until tender; drain well.

2Beat eggs; stir into squash with milk, crumbs, cheese and chilies. Spread in a 10-inch casserole dish which has been sprayed.

3Dot with butter.

4Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
