- 7 to 8 yellow summer squash
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Slice squash and onion. Boil until tender.

2Drain.

3In a large bowl, mix soup, egg, stuffing mix, salt and pepper.

4Mix well. Add squash and fold together.

5Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6Cover with cheese. Bake until brown.
