  • 2 c. sliced yellow squash or more
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 to 10 saltines, crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

    Cook and drain squash and onion.

    Layer squash and onion, then soup, then crackers, then cheese.

    Dot with butter and bake at 325° until bubbly.
