- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash, onions and carrots in boiling salted water. Drain. Add remaining ingredients.

2Melt butter and mix well with dressing mix.

3Grease pan and spread with layer of dressing mix on bottom.

4Pour in squash mixture and cover with remainder of dressing mix.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
