Squash Casserole

  • 1 pkg. squash (2 c.)
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook squash and drain.

    Add drained corn, salt and black pepper; mix well.

    Put in casserole dish that has been buttered, add remaining butter to corn, squash mixture.

    Cover with slices of American cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is melted.

    Take out and stir until cheese is mixed well with other ingredients.
