- 6 to 8 yellow squash, diced
- 2 to 3 onions, diced
- 1 c. cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- buttered cracker crumbs
Directions

1Over low heat, saute squash and onions until tender-crisp. Salt and pepper to taste.

2Stir in shrimp soup and water chestnuts.

3Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs on top.

4Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.
