- 2 c. cooked, drained squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large or 2 small carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- seasoned herb stuffing
Directions

1Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle bottom with seasoned herb stuffing.

2Mix first 5 ingredients well and salt to taste.

3Pour into dish.

4Top with more herb stuffing.

5Dot with margarine.

6Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
