  • 3 lb. summer squash, cooked, salted, drained and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. biscuit crumbs
  • salt and pepper

    Put in casserole. Top with more crumbs and dot with butter.

    Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
