  • 2 lb. prepared squash
  • 1/4 c. onion, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded carrots (add uncooked to vegetables)
  • 1/4 lb. stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing

Directions
