- 3 lb. squash
- 1/2 stick butter or oleo
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.

2Add other ingredients, except cracker crumbs.

3Put in casserole dish and cover with cracker crumbs.

4Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
