Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 c. cornbread crumbs, tossed with 1 stick melted butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cornbread crumbs.

    Sprinkle 2 cups cornbread in bottom of large casserole dish.

    Add squash mixture on top of crumbs.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of crumbs.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
