- 2 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1 c. herb seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. onion flakes or 1 Tbsp. fresh onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Have squash hot.

2Add butter, salt and pepper.

3Add soup; do not dilute.

4Add onion flakes and 1/2 cup herbed crumbs (I use Pepperidge Farm).

5Add cheese.

6Top with rest of crumbs.

7Bake at 325° until bubbly.
