- 8 small squash
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttered breadcrumbs
Directions

1Boil squash and onion until tender; drain and mash.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs.

3Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish; top with breadcrumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. You may want to substitute breadcrumbs for cracker crumbs.
