- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 doz. crackers
- 1/4 lb. butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onions together until tender.

2While squash is still warm, add cream cheese, crumbled, and oleo, cut in small pieces.

3Save enough oleo to dot on top.

4Place half cracker crumbs on top.

5Add eggs and place in a greased casserole.

6Cover with remaining cracker crumbs and dot with butter.

7Bake in 325° oven until set and crackers are slightly brown.
