  • 1 qt. yellow squash
  • large onion
  • large carrot, grated fine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Boil squash until tender; drain well.

    Mix all ingredients except butter.

    Pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
