- 2 lb. cooked and drained squash
- 1 stick oleomargarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Heat margarine and cream of chicken soup.

3Grate onion and carrot and combine with sour cream and stuffing.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Mix both mixtures together.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
