  • 2 lb. cooked and drained squash
  • 1 stick oleomargarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook and drain squash.

    Heat margarine and cream of chicken soup.

    Grate onion and carrot and combine with sour cream and stuffing.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix both mixtures together.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
