- 4 c. cooked squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Add to stuffing mix the melted butter.

2Divide in half. Combine squash with next three ingredients and 1/2 of the stuffing mix.

3Pour into casserole.

4Place in a 350° oven until mixture is hot through.

5Add remaining 1/2 crumbs to the top of casserole. Cook until crumbs are golden brown.
