- 1 stick oleo
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix
- 2 lb. fresh squash, partly cooked
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can pimientos
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt oleo; add stuffing mix.

3Mix well and line bottom of dish.

4Sprinkle reserved stuffing over top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

5If desired, 2 cans of squash can be substituted for fresh squash.
