- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 5 soda crackers, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash and cut squash in 1/4-inch slices crosswise.

2Add onion and cook together until tender in small amount of water.

3Drain and add crackers, beaten egg, cheese, soup, salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour mixture into greased baking dish and bake at 350° until brown.
