  • 2 cans (4 c.) squash
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm poultry stuffing
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle remaining 1/4 package poultry stuffing on top.
