- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (6 c.)
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in salted water (5 minutes); drain. Combine soup and sour cream; fold in drained squash and onion.

2In bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 pinch pan, spread margarine mixed with 1/2 stuffing mix.

3Spread vegetable mix on top.

4Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over vegetables.

5Bake on 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
