- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), drained and sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 small jar pimento, diced
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few dashes of Tabasco
Directions

1Melt butter and combine with half the stuffing.

2Pat into bottom of a 2-quart oblong glass dish.

3Cook squash and onions together until tender.

4Drain. Combine with other ingredients and pour over stuffing.

5Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
