Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz.), drained and sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 small jar pimento, diced
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • few dashes of Tabasco

Directions

    Melt butter and combine with half the stuffing.

    Pat into bottom of a 2-quart oblong glass dish.

    Cook squash and onions together until tender.

    Drain. Combine with other ingredients and pour over stuffing.

    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
