  • 3 lb. cooked squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix

Directions

    Cook squash and drain.

    Mix all ingredients with cooked squash; reserve 1/3 of dressing mix for topping.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or 350° for 30 minutes.
