- 2 lb. squash, sliced (6 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onions 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Combine soup and sour cream and stir in carrots.

4Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine stuffing and butter.

5Spread 1/2 mix in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

6Spoon vegetable mix over stuffing.

7Sprinkle rest of stuffing mix over top.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
