- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 4 grated carrots
- 2 medium onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge stuffing
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- pimento (as desired)
Directions

1Slice squash and cook in salted water until almost tender. Drain. Mix vegetables, soup and 1/2 of stuffing. Pour into a buttered casserole and place remaining stuffing on top. Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes. Be sure top is brown.
