- 1 lb. frozen or fresh fillet of sole, flounder or haddock
- 1/3 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Brush each fillet with real mayonnaise.

2Mix cheese and crumbs; roll fish in crumb mixture.

3Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

4Bake in 375° oven until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with fork; 30 to 35 minutes for frozen fish or 25 minutes for thawed or fresh fish.

5Serves 3 to 4.
