  • 4 c. steamed squash
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 to 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread stuffing
  • 1 cube margarine

Directions

    Toss stuffing mix in melted margarine.

    Place half in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Combine other ingredients and spoon into dish. Top with rest of stuffing.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes more.

    Can use any kind of squash.
