- 4 c. steamed squash
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 to 3 carrots, grated
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread stuffing
- 1 cube margarine
Directions

1Toss stuffing mix in melted margarine.

2Place half in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Combine other ingredients and spoon into dish. Top with rest of stuffing.

4Cover.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes more.

6Can use any kind of squash.
